OzCode’s Debugging as a Service platform aims to fundamentally change how debugging is done and how it fits into the overall DevOps pipeline, by leveraging time travel, live coding, and collaboration.

Provide technical support for OzCode’s existing and potential customers internationally, using email, chat and phone:
Answer support tickets, arriving through various support channels (website, social media accounts, direct).
Handle live chat requests from users browsing website.
Communicate technical issues and feature requests with R&D team.
